We work with startups, medium-sized businesses and investors across the world to guide them through every step of their corporate finance, fundraising and M&A journey.

Our services include both fractional services and transaction services. On an ongoing basis, we support companies with our Fractional CFO team and investors with our Fractional Investment team. On a transaction basis, we support companies and investors on fundraising, selling their business or acquiring a business.

Additionally, since we are part of the Sivugo group, we are also able to provide our clients with marketing and sustainability expertise.

Friedie has extensive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and credit across Europe and Asia. She is a CFA charterholder and also a PhD candidate. She is passionate about building & scaling businesses, loves to expand her network around the world, and is motivated by driving change. Friedie is excited about the growth story of India and South-East Asia.

Avi brings a wealth of experience in private equity, international expansion, value creation, and corporate finance across APAC, Europe, Middle East, Africa and the US. He is passionate about helping businesses scale, and leveraging technology to help businesses drive change. Avi enjoys connecting with entrepreneurs to work hands-on with them on scaling businesses.
